摘 要:飞秒激光加工金属的材料相变机理是目前的研究热点问题之一。为了对目前材料相变机制研究进展有一个综合性的认识,调研了近些年来国内外关于飞秒激光与金属相互作用机理的研究工作。通过对比各研究团队的研究角度、方法手段、结论成果,总结出目前与金属相变相关的机械和热机械蚀除机制、液相爆炸模型以及气化蒸发模型等几种理论模型,总结了分子动力学仿真和流体力学仿真等数值模拟方法。发现各理论和模型都只是在某些特定条件下能对材料相变机理进行研究和阐释,还缺少能够实现跨尺度(时间和空间维度)、高效率研究的理论模型,同时也对未来的研究趋势作了一定的展望。The phase transition mechanism of femtosecond laser processing metal is one of the current research hot topics.In order to have a comprehensive understanding of the current research progress of material phase transition mechanism,the researches on the interaction between femtosecond laser and metal in recent years were investigated.By comparing the research angles,methods,and conclusions of the different research teams,several theoretical models including mechanical and thermomechanical erosion,liquid phase explosion models,and vaporization and evaporation models,which are currently associated with metal phase transition,were summarized.Moreover,a summary of molecular dynamics simulation and fluid dynamics simulation methods were presented.It is found that these theories and models are only able to study and explain the material phase transition mechanism under certain specific conditions,and there is still a lack of theoretical models that can achieve cross-scale(time and space dimensions)and high-efficiency research.At the same time,it also gives some prospect on future research trends.
