摘 要:以螺栓连接的板类结构为研究对象,基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了螺栓连接板类结构的有限元模型,采用基于接触的预应力模态法分析系统的固有特性,并通过与文献模态实验结果以及冲击激励下系统自由振动响应对比,验证了所获得固有频率的准确性;进而分析了不同预紧力下板厚、螺栓尺寸、连接板的搭接长度对系统固有特性的影响;最后探究了采用区域粘结法(在接触区域内接触面和目标面采用共节点处理)和预应力模态法求解系统固有特性之间的关系。研究结果表明:板厚及螺栓尺寸均对系统的弯曲和扭转频率影响较大,连接件搭接长度增加,系统的固有频率增大;在大预紧力情况下,可通过静接触分析求得接触半径,采用区域粘结法对接触半径区域内对应的节点进行共节点处理,计算得到的系统固有频率与预应力模态法得到的结果吻合较好。In this paper,the finite element(FE)model of the plate-type structure with bolt connection is established based on ANSYS finite element analysis software.The prestressed modal method(PMM)is used to analyze the inherent characteristics of the system,and the accuracy of the obtained inherent frequencies is verified by comparing with the experimental results of the literature modal and the free vibration response of the system under impact excitation.Then,the effects of plate thickness,bolt size,and lap length of connection plate on the natural characteristics of the system under different preload forces were analyzed.Finally,the relationship between the system natural properties by the region bonding method(RBM)and the PMM is investigated.The results show that both plate thickness and bolt size have a large effect on the bending and torsion frequencies of the system,and the natural frequency of the system increases when the lap length of the connection increases.In the case of large preload force,the contact radius can be obtained by static contact analysis,and the corresponding nodes in the contact radius area are treated by the RBM with common nodes,and the calculated natural frequency of the system agrees well with the results obtained by the PMM.
