摘　　要：介绍了聚乙烯燃气管道(PE管)开裂破坏机理,从PE管生产、运输、安装、运行维护环节分析了导致管道开裂的因素。同时,指出预防PE管开裂应从原材料选用、管道生产、运输、安装、运行维护进行全流程管理,最后从管材制造企业及燃气企业两方面提出相应的应对措施。这样才能有效地预防PE管开裂等安全事故的发生。The cracking mechanism of PE pipe is introduced, and the factors leading to pipeline cracking are analyzed from the aspects of PE pipe production, transportation, installation, operation and maintenance. At the same time, it is pointed out that the whole process management of the above aspects should be carried out to prevent PE pipe cracking. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the two aspects of pipe manufacturing enterprises and gas enterprises, so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of safety accidents such as PE pipe cracking.
