摘 要:在电气线路互联系统(EWIS)的线束通道上,重要的线束捆常用P型金属带垫卡箍固定。线束捆直径是EWIS设计和装配的基础计算参数,不仅决定卡箍的规格,而且影响卡箍与线束捆的装配质量、线束通道横截面和穿过隔板或结构件的开孔大小。目前已有直径计算主要是针对单分支最简单的线束捆,且不能给出线束截面几何排布。建立了线束捆直径计算的数学模型,模型求解基于二维不等圆Packing问题的启发式计算方法,不仅可以得到线束捆直径,而且可以计算出线束捆截面分支、分支内线芯的几何格局。在此基础上,提出了线束制造和总装装配工艺应遵循的三个原则,包括降维原则、分层原则和正圆原则。On harness channels of electrical wiring interconnection systems(EWIS),the important wire bundles are usually fixed with P-type metal clamps with cushion.The diameters of wire bundles are the basic calculation parameters of EWIS design and assembly,which not only determine the specifications of clamps,but also affect the assembly quality of clamps and wire bundles,the cross sections of harness channels and the size of opening through a bulkhead or structural member.At present,the existing diameter calculations are mainly for the simplest wire bundle with single branch,and the geometric layout of harness section cannot be given.The mathematical model for calculating the diameter of wire bundle has been established.The model has been solved based on the heuristic calculation method of the two-dimensional unequal circle packing problem,which can not only obtain the bundle diameter,but also the geometric configuration of branches and wires in the cross-section of the bundle.On the basis,three principles that should be followed in harness manufacturing and assembly process have been put forward,including dimension reduction principle,layering principle and normal circle principle.
