摘 要:各向异性材料相对各向同性材料有更多独特的性质,能出现更多的电磁现象。为了研究各向异性材料之间透射率和全透角的条件,从麦克斯韦方程组出发得到了单色平面波在各向异性材料中的色散方程,以TM波为例计算了波矢量和坡印廷矢量的折射角,研究发现椭球曲面材料波矢量和坡印廷矢量同时为正折射或负折射,单双曲面和双双曲面材料波矢量和坡印廷矢量折射性质相反;计算了各向异性材料透射率与入射角的关系和全透射角,发现椭球面材料各角度入射情况下都有透射波且存在全透射角,单双曲面材料入射角小于全透角时不存在折射波,双双曲面材料总会发生全反射且不存在透射率,通过金属-介质多层结构的超构材料的数值模拟佐证了结论,期望对相关研究有一定的借鉴作用。Anisotropic materials have more unique properties than isotropic materials,and can appear more electromagnetic phenomena.In order to study the conditions of transmittance and total penetration angle between anisotropic materials,the dispersion equation of monochromatic plane wave in anisotropic materials is obtained from Maxwell's equations,and the wave vector and Poin are calculated by taking TM wave as an example.The refraction angle of Ting vector found that the wave vector and Poynting vector of ellipsoid surface material are both positive refraction or negative refraction.The relationship between the material transmittance and the incident angle and the total transmission angle found that the ellipsoid material has a transmitted wave and a total transmission angle under the incident angle of the ellipsoid material.The material always has total reflection and no transmittance.The numerical simulation of metamaterials with metal-dielectric multilayer structure supports the conclusion,and it is expected to have a certain reference for related research.
