数字贸易背景下我国信息服务贸易发展路径研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]探究数字贸易对信息服务贸易发展的影响,为我国信息服务贸易发展提供一定的理论参考。[方法/过程]运用网络调查法和文献调研法,基于数字贸易及我国信息服务贸易发展特征,分析数字贸易背景下我国信息服务贸易的发展路径及保障措施。[结果/结论]随着信息技术的发展,我国信息服务贸易的数字化进程不断加快,其贸易内容、服务方式、服务平台及市场空间等都发生了较大转变。在此背景下,我国国际信息服务应着力于挖掘贸易需求、变革贸易手段、拓展贸易标的、加大IP贸易,以促进信息服务贸易发展。同时需以体系制度促进数据安全流动,以专业人才助力技术水平提升,以平台建设推动服务质量提高,为我国信息服务贸易在数字贸易背景下提供保障。[Purpose/significance]The study explores the impact of digital trade on the development of information service trade for providing a certain theoretical reference for the development of the national information service trade.[Method/process]Use network investigation method and literature investigation method,and analyze the development path and safeguard measures of the national information service trade under the background of digital trade based on the development of digital trade and national information service trade.[Result/conclusion]With the development of information technology,the digitization of national information service trade has been accelerating,and its trade content,service mode,service platform and market space have undergone great changes.In this context,the international information services should focus on tapping trade needs,reforming trade methods,expanding trade targets,and increasing IP trade in order to promote the development of information service trade.At the same time,it is necessary to use a system to promote the safe flow of data,to promote the improvement of technical level with professionals,and to promote the improvement of service quality with platform construction,so as to provide protection for the national information service trade in the context of digital trade.
