产后逐瘀胶囊对血瘀型产后恶露不绝患者激素、MMP-9、TIMP-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨产后逐瘀胶囊对血瘀型产后恶露不绝患者激素、金属基质蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物-1(TIMP-1)水平的影响。方法选择2019年10月至2020年11月我院接收的300例血瘀型产后恶露不绝患者进行研究,根据治疗方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组接受常规抗感染、缩宫治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加施产后逐瘀胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、血清激素、MMP-9、TIMP-1水平及子宫动脉血流动力学指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的86.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清孕激素(P)、β-绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)水平均低于对照组,雌激素(E2)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的MMP-9水平低于对照组,TIMP-1水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)均高于治疗前,阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)均低于治疗前,且观察组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后逐瘀胶囊用于血瘀型产后恶露不绝患者中的临床治疗效果满意,不仅能改善激素水平,调节机体内MMP-9、TIMP-1水平,而且还能改善子宫动脉血流动力学指标,利于远期子宫恢复,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of Chanhou Zhuyu capsule on the levels of hormone,matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)in patients with postpartum lochia of blood stasis type.Methods A total of 300 cases of postpartum lochia with blood stasis type admitted in our hospital from October 2019 to November 2020 were selected for study.According to the treatment plan,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received routine anti-infection and uterine contraction treatment,and the observation group was treated with Chanhou Zhuyu capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,serum hormones,MMP-9,TIMP-1 levels and uterine artery hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 86.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum progesterone(P)andβ-human chorionic gonadotrophin(β-hCG)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of estrogen(E2)was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MMP-9 level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the TIMP-1 level was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,end diastolic velocity(EDV),peak systolic velocity(PSV)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,resistance index(RI)and pulsatility index(PI)were lower than those before treatment,those in the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chanhou Zhuyu capsule applied in patients with postpartum lochia of blood stasis type has satisfactory clinical treatment effect,it can not only improve the hormones
