摘 要:本文对ICP-OES法测定钛铁合金中钛元素方法稳定性进行研究,探讨了分析谱线、仪器工作参数、样品溶液稀释浓度3个条件对钛元素稳定性的影响。根据试验结果,分别确定了3条钛元素分析谱线的最佳工作参数与样品溶液的最佳检测浓度。按照每条分析谱线的最佳仪器测定条件、测定浓度对试样进行测定。结果表明,3条分析谱线测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=7)均小于0.80%,加标回收率在98.7%~106.5%之间。In this paper,the stability of ICP-OES method for determination of titanium in Ti-Fe alloy was studied.The effects of analytical spectral lines,instrument operating parameters and dilution concentration of sample solution on the stability of Ti element measurement were discussed.According to the experimental results,the optimum operating parameters of the three analytical lines and the optimum concentration of the samples were determined respectively.The Samples were determined according to the optimum instrumental conditions and determination concentration of each analytical line.The results showed that the relative standard deviation(n=7)of the determination results for the three analytical lines were less than 0.80%,and the recoveries were between 98.7%and 106.5%.
