摘 要:油田废液具有高浓度TDS、有机污染物种类多及高含量TSS等特点,如何有效处理和回用生产中的废液是油田高效开发的当务之急。膜分离技术因其操作管理简单、分离效果好及出水水质高等优势,能够实现对废水的深度处理,是现场油田废水净化最常用的方法之一。本文详细介绍了油田废液的水质特点,着重综述了当前主要的膜分离技术在油田废液处理中的研究现状,并对膜处理技术进行了优选,从膜的污染与防止、新型膜技术研发及投资成本角度分析了其存在的不足和面临的挑战,最后展望了其发展前景。Oilfield waste liquid has a high concentration TDS,organic pollutant species and high content TSS,how to effectively handle and reuse the waste liquid in production is an efficient development of oil field.The membrane separation technology can achieve the depth treatment of wastewater by its operational management and high separation effect and high water quality,it is one of the most commonly used methods of use of wastewater purification.This paper details the water quality characteristics of the oilfield waste liquid,focusing on the current research status of the current main membrane separation technology in oilfield waste treatment,and the film treatment technology is preferred,from the membrane pollution and prevention,new film technology research and development And investment costs analyze its shortcomings and challenges,and finally look forward to its development prospects.
