摘  要:钢铁酸洗废液是钢铁构件防腐处理前因酸洗而形成的危废液体,对酸洗废液进行资源化与无害化处理可促进钢铁行业的可持续发展。本文对酸洗废液制备铁系颜料的干法工艺及湿法工艺进行了深入分析,针对所制备铁系颜料缺点,介绍了相应的改性技术,并展望了未来的研究方向。Pickling waste liquid of iron and steel is a dangerous waste liquid formed by pickling before anticorrosion treatment of iron and steel components.Recycling and harmless treatment of pickling waste liquid can promote the sustainable development of iron and steel industry.In this paper,the dry process and wet process of preparing iron-based pigments from pickling waste liquid were deeply analyzed.In view of the shortcomings of the prepared iron-based pigments,the corresponding modification technology was introduced,and the future research direction was prospected.
