摘　　要：采用预聚体法以聚烯烃、脂肪族异氰酸酯为主要原料合成聚丁二烯型聚氨酯,加入不同比例环氧树脂共混,用胺类交联剂交联固化制得聚合物。通过红外(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热失重测试对其组成、表面形貌及耐高温性进行分析。Polybutadiene polyurethane is synthesized with polyolefin and aliphatic diisocyanate as main raw materials by prepolymer method,then mixed with epoxy resin in different proportions,and the polymer is obtained by adding amine crosslinking agent crosslinking curing.The composition,surface morphology and fire resistance of the polymer are analyzed by Fourier Tramsform Infrared Spectrometer(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and thermal gravimetric test.
