摘 要:采用化学共沉淀法制备亲油性Fe_(3)O_(4)微粒,根据影响Fe_(3)O_(4)微粒磁化强度的几个主要制备条件,通过试验设计,分析不同制备条件对磁化强度的影响,确定最大磁化强度Fe_(3)O_(4)微粒的制备条件,通过XRD和FT-IR分析最大磁化强度Fe_(3)O_(4)微粒的晶体结构以及亲油基团的包覆结果,确定最大磁化强度Fe_(3)O_(4)微粒的结构未发生改变并具有亲油性。Lipophilic Fe_(3)O_(4)particles were prepared by chemical coprecipitation method.According to several main preparation conditions affecting the magnetization of Fe_(3)O_(4)particles,the effects of different preparation conditions on the magnetization were analyzed through experimental design,and the preparation conditions of Fe_(3)O_(4)particles with maximum magnetization were determined.The crystal structure of Fe_(3)O_(4)particles with maximum magnetization and the coating results of lipophilic groups were analyzed by XRD and FT-IR.It is determined that the structure of Fe_(3)O_(4)particles with maximum magnetization has not changed and is lipophilic.
