摘  要:以二苯醚四酸二酐(ODPA)为二酐单体,二氨基二苯醚(ODA)和N-甲基-2,2-二氨基二乙胺(二乙胺)为二胺单体,经共聚合反应得到聚酰胺酸。然后涂膜,亚胺化,最后利用二乙胺与1,3-丙烷磺酸内酯的特征季铵盐反应,在聚合物上接枝磺酸盐结构,得到亲水聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜。探讨加入PI薄膜形成过程的主要影响因素,并对其亲水性,力学性能等进行测试分析。结果表明,相比于传统聚酰亚胺薄膜,季铵盐反应后的聚酰亚胺薄膜具有明显的亲水性,且力学强度达到80MPa以上。We synthesized a polyamide acid by copolycondensation reaction using diphenyl ether tetraacid dianhydride(ODPA)as the dianhydride monomer,diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA)and N-methyl-2,2-diaminodiethylamine(diethylamine)as the diamine monomer.A hydrophilic PI film was prepared by coating,thermal imidization and quaternary ammonium salt reaction.The main influence factors in the formation process of hydrophilic PI film were discussed,then its hydrophilic properties and properties were tested.The results showed that compared with the traditional polyimide film,the polyimide film after the quaternary ammonium salt reaction has obvious hydrophilicity,and the mechanical strength reaches more than 80MPa.
