纹党参异地栽培的可行性评价

摘　　要：采用种子异地自繁育苗与原产地种苗移栽2种途径栽培纹党参,并与白条党参进行产量比较,与原产地纹党参进行质量比较。结果表明:2种栽培途径均具有可行性,自繁纹党参与移栽纹党参鲜药材较白条党参分别增产9.8%、4.2%;栽培品较原产地纹党参的浸出物含量略高,而党参炔苷含量较低,其各项质控指标均符合《中华人民共和国药典(2020年版)》质量标准规定。Wen Codonopsis pilosula was cultivated by two methods(self breeding seedlings in different places and transplanting seedlings in original places),and the yield and quality of Wen Codonopsis pilosula were compared with that of Baitiao Codonopsis pilosula and original Wen Codonopsis pilosula.The results showed that the two cultivation methods were feasible.Compared with Baitiao Codonopsis pilosula,the fresh medicinal materials of Wen Codonopsis pilosula with self breeding seedlings in different places and transplanting seedlings in original places increased by 9.8%and 4.2%respectively;the extract content of the cultivated product was slightly higher than that of the original Wen Codonopsis pilosula,while the content of Lobetyolin was lower.All the quality control indicators met the quality standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition).
