金野紫穗槐营养成分分析

摘　　要：为了解金野紫穗槐在观赏园林、绿肥饲料等功能上的应用前景,开展了金野紫穗槐和紫穗槐营养成分分析研究。结果表明,金野紫穗槐和紫穗槐均含有17种氨基酸,其中金野紫穗槐谷氨酸含量显著高于其他氨基酸。金野紫穗槐的粗纤维、粗脂肪和粗蛋白含量分别较紫穗槐高21.64%、30.93%和15.85%。In order to understand the application prospect of Amorpha fruticosa′Jinye′in ornamental gardens and green manure feed,the nutritional components of Amorpha fruticosa′Jinye′and Amorpha fruticosa L.were analyzed.The results showed that both Amorpha fruticosa′Jinye′and Amorpha fruticosa L.contained 17 kinds of amino acids,and the content of glutamic acid in Amorpha fruticosa′Jinye′was significantly higher than that of other amino acids.The contents of crude fiber,crude fat and crude protein of Amorpha fruticosa′Jinye′were 21.64%,30.93%and 15.85%higher than those of Amorpha fruticosa L.,respectively.
