摘  要:长期涡激振动会造成船舶载流管道出现严重损伤,因此通过数值模拟方法研究船舶载流管道涡激振动情况。利用CFD软件数值模拟涡激振动,依据包含雷诺数与流体速度的湍流模型计算载流管道的阻力系数与升力系数;使用边界浸入法模拟流体场,有限元法模拟固体场,在CFD软件中通过流固耦合交界面无缝数据交换,完成实现流体与固体双向耦合计算,实现载流管道涡激振动数值模拟。算例分析表明,该方法能够模拟出载流管道涡激振动的锁定现象,准确反映出载流管道的多阶振动模态特性。The long-term vortex induced vibration will cause serious damage to the ship current carrying pipeline.Therefore, the vortex induced vibration of the ship current carrying pipeline is studied by numerical simulation. The vortex induced vibration is numerically simulated by CFD software, and the drag coefficient and lift coefficient of the current carrying pipe are calculated according to the turbulence model including Reynolds number and fluid velocity;The boundary immersion method is used to simulate the fluid field, and the finite element method is used to simulate the solid field. Through the seamless data exchange at the fluid solid coupling interface in the CFD software, the two-way coupling calculation of fluid and solid is completed, and the numerical simulation of vortex induced vibration of current carrying pipeline is realized.The example analysis shows that this method can simulate the locking phenomenon of vortex induced vibration of current carrying pipeline and accurately reflect the multi-order vibration modal characteristics of current carrying pipeline.
