摘  要:船舶控制网络负责采集船舶动力、电力、环境控制、雷达等各子系统的实时状态数据,通过分析船舶子系统的运行参数,实现系统的整体控制和故障报警。因此,船舶控制网络的数据采集、传输质量具有非常重要的地位。现场总线数据传输是一种比较成熟的通信方式,但传统船舶中往往只采用了单一的总线技术,本文研究的目标是融合CAN总线、Profibus总线等技术的优势,建立一种基于多类型总线融合技术的船舶控制网络故障检测系统,提升故障检测系统的数据采集、传输精度。the ship control network is responsible for collecting the real-time status data of the ship power, electric power, environmental control, radar and other subsystems, and realizing the overall control and fault alarm of the system by analyzing the operating parameters of the ship subsystem. Therefore, the data collection and transmission quality of the ship control network plays a very important role. Fieldbus data transmission is a mature communication method, but traditional ships often only use a single bus technology. The goal of this paper is to integrate the advantages of CAN bus, PROFIBUS and other technologies, establish a ship control network fault detection system based on multi type bus fusion technology,and improve the data acquisition and transmission accuracy of the fault detection system.
