摘  要:以金钻蔓绿绒组培苗为试验材料,研究了不同蔗糖及甘露醇质量浓度对金钻蔓绿绒组培苗离体保存及恢复生长的影响。结果表明:最适合金钻蔓绿绒组培苗离体保存的培养基为MS+15 g/L蔗糖+30 g/L甘露醇。离体保存6个月的金钻蔓绿绒组培苗恢复生长60 d后,其形态指标、生理指标和生根情况与对照组数值接近,表明组培苗离体保存后在正常条件下能恢复生长。The effects of different concentrations of sucrose and mannitol on the in vitro preservation and growth recovery of tissue cultured plantlets of Philodendron congo were studied.The results show that MS+15 g/L sucrose+30 g/L mannitol is the best medium for in vitro preservation of the plantlets.After 60 days of growing,the morphological,physiological and rooting characteristics of the Philodendron congo plantlets preserved in vitro after 6 months were similar to those of the control,which shows that the tissue cultured plantlets after in vitro preservation could grow again under normal conditions.
