小针刀治疗膝骨关节炎随机对照临床研究文献的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价小针刀治疗膝骨关节炎疗效临床研究的结果。方法小针刀疗法可缓解膝骨关节炎患者患肢疼痛,改善患肢活动功能,临床疗效确切,文章将对小针刀治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究的相关文章进行检索、汇总,采用Reviews Manager 5.2软件进行Meta分析,从而使其研究结果更具说明力和影响力。结果共检索出相关文献140篇,符合纳入标准的有19篇,而这19篇文献中均未提及是否采用盲法,但均采用随机对照试验(RCT)研究,纳入研究患者共1589例,其中治疗组798例,对照组791例。经软件Meta分析,结果显示小针刀治疗膝骨关节炎的有效率比值比为5.89;95%可信区间(4.02,8.62),治疗组有效率高于对照组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.00001)。结论根据现有临床数据显示,小针刀治疗膝骨关节炎有效率高于对照组,临床能治愈本病,改善症状,但临床治愈率仍有待提高,复发率也仍有待回访研究。Objective To systematically evaluate the Results of clinical research on the efficacy of small needle knife in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods The small needle knife therapy can relieve the pain of knee osteoarthritis patients and improve the movement function of the affected limb.The clinical effect is accurate.This article will retrieve and summarize the relevant articles of clinical research on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with a small needle knife,and the Reviews Manager 5.2 software was used for meta-analysis to make the research Results more explanatory and influential.Results A total of 140 relevant documents were retrieved,and 19 were in line with the inclusion criteria.None of these 19 documents mentioned whether blinding was used or not,but they all used RCT studies.A total of 1589 patients were included in the study,including 798 patients in the treatment group and 791 patients in the control group.After software Meta analysis,the Results showed that the effective rate ratio of the small needle knife for knee osteoarthritis was 5.89;95%confidence interval(4.02,8.62),the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.00001).Conclusion According to the current clinical data,the effective rate of small needle knife for knee osteoarthritis is higher than that of the control group.It can clinically cure the disease and improve the symptoms.However,the clinical cure rate still needs to be improved,and the recurrence rate still needs to be followed up.
