摘　　要：中医学理论认为情志是人体对于内外环境刺激作出的正常反馈,随着现代生活节奏的加快,工作压力过大,思虑太过,情志不遂,情志病的发生率越来越高。中医治疗独具特色,对情志病的辨治多从心、肝、肾入手,而对脾胃论述较少。脾具有主思、藏营、舍意的功能,脾与胃以膜相连,互为表里,是一身气机升降的通路,能够协调全身五脏六腑的功能活动,又在调节情志活动方面发挥着重要的作用。现将郭老师论治情志疾病的临证思路及经验总结如下以飨同道,从脾胃论治情志疾病理论进行深入探析,以期对临床、科研有所裨益。According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,emotion is the normal feedback of the human body to the stimulation of internal and external environment.With the acceleration of the pace of modern life,the incidence of emotional diseases is increasing.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has its own characteristics.The treatment of emotional diseases mainly starts from heart,liver and kidney,but less on spleen and stomach.The spleen has the functions of thinking,storing and giving up.The spleen and stomach are connected by membrane,which is the pathway of qi movement.It can coordinate the functional activities of the whole body and play an important role in regulating emotional activities.Now,the clinical thinking and experience of Professor Guo’s treatment of emotional diseases are summarized as follows,in order to benefit the same way,the theory of treating emotional diseases from the spleen and stomach is deeply analyzed,in order to benefit the clinical and scientific research.
