止痛散联合益气除痞汤治疗残胃炎患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的综合性评估止痛散联合益气除痞汤治疗残胃炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年8月—2020年8月于大连市中医医院消化科病房住院并接受治疗的残胃炎患者60例,采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,应用止痛散外敷治疗,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合益气除痞汤内服治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、胃镜表现积分的变化情况及临床总有效率。结果治疗后,试验组中医证候评分和胃镜下积分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗总有效率96.67%(29/30)显著高于对照组76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论止痛散外敷联合益气除痞汤内服方案可显著改善残胃炎患者的饮食状况,消除黏膜水肿、充血及炎症反应,抑制胆汁反流,有益气和胃、降逆除痞、散结止痛之效,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To comprehensively evaluate the clinical effect of Zhitong powder combined with Yiqi Chupi decoction in the treatment of remnant gastritis.Methods From August 2019 to August 2020,60 patients with remnant gastritis who hospitalized and treated in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.30 cases in the control group were treated with external application of Zhitong powder,while 30 cases in the experimental group were treated with Yiqi Chupi decoction on the basis of the control group.The traditional chinese medicine syndrome score,changes of gastroscope performance score and clinical effective rate of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,traditional chinese medicine syndrome score and gastroscopic score in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 96.67%(29/30)in experimental group was significantly higher than 76.67%(23/30)in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The external application of Zhitong powder combined with Yiqi Chupi decoction can significantly improve the dietary status of patients with residual gastritis,recover mucosal edema,hyperemia and inflammatory reaction,inhibit bile reflux,has the effect of nourishing qi and stomach,reducing inverse,eliminating rupians,diffusing knot and relieving pain,and has remarkable clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
