间歇性导尿联合电针穴位治疗脊髓损伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨间歇性导尿联合电针穴位治疗脊髓损伤患者的效果。方法选取2018年8月—2021年2月120例脊髓损伤患者,按照随机数字表法分成4组,常规组(30例,常规康复训练)、导尿组(30例,间歇性导尿)、电针组(30例,电针穴位)、联合组(30例,导尿联合电针穴位),观察膀胱容量及膀胱残余尿量、尿流动力学指标。结果联合组治疗后,膀胱容量、最大尿流率、最大排尿量高于常规组、导尿组、电针组,膀胱残余尿量、最大逼尿肌压低于常规组、导尿组、电针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间歇性导尿联合电针穴位治疗脊髓损伤具有明显效果,可改善膀胱功能,促进排尿功能改善,应用价值高。Objective To investigate the effect of intermittent catheterization combined with electroacupuncture on patients with spinal cord injury.Methods 120 patients with spinal cord injury from August 2018 to February 2021 were selected and divided into four groups by random table method:routine group(n=30,routine rehabilitation training),catheterization group(n=30,intermittent catheterization),electroacupuncture(n=30,electroacupuncture points)and combined group(n=30,catheterization combined with electroacupuncture points).Bladder volume,residual urine volume and fluid dynamics were observed.Results After treatment,the bladder volume,maximum urine flow rate and maximum micturition volume of the combined group were higher than those of the conventional group,catheterization group and electroacupuncture group,while the residual urine volume and maximum detrusor pressure of the combined group were lower than those of the conventional group,catheterization group and electroacupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermittent catheterization combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of spinal cord injury has obvious effect,can improve the bladder function,promote the improvement of urination function,and has high application value.
