小儿消脂贴治疗儿童单纯性肥胖症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探析小儿消脂贴治疗儿童单纯性肥胖症的初步临床效果。方法将北京市和平里医院儿科2018年5月—2019年4月收集的30例单纯性肥胖症患儿随机分入治疗组及对照组。治疗组采取消脂贴治疗+运动、饮食、行为管理,对照组采取运动、饮食、行为管理,1个月为1个疗程,共计3个疗程。对比观察2组治疗前后的临床症状平均积分、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组临床症状平均积分值低于对照组,治疗组治疗总有效率为61.6%(11/18),显著高于对照组的50.0%(6/12),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿消脂贴属无创伤性治疗,无明显的毒副反应,患儿极易接受、易长期坚持,不失为是临床治疗肥胖症的一种较好手段。Objective To explore the preliminary clinical effect of Xiaoer Xiaozhi paste in the treatment of simple childhood obesity.Methods 30 children with simple obesity in Beijing Hepingli Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Xiaozhi paste therapy,exercise,diet and behavior management.The control group was treated with exercise,diet and behavior management.One month was a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.The mean score of clinical symptoms,occurrence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the mean clinical symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 61.6%(11/18),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(50.0%,6/12),and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Xiaozhi paste is a non-invasive treatment with no obvious toxic and side effects,which is easy to be accepted by children and easy to be maintained for a long time.It can be regarded as a good means of clinical treatment for obesity.
