摘　　要：目的观察中医护理干预在伤食泻患儿中的临床应用效果。方法将2019年1月—2019年12月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院儿科住院治疗的60例伤食泻患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医护理干预,比较2组患儿护理总有效率、中医证候积分、症状改善情况和护理满意度。结果观察组患儿护理总有效率、满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿中医证候积分、退热时间、止泻时间、住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预在伤食泻患儿中的临床应用效果确切,能有效地改善患儿预后,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in children with diarrhea due to improper diet.Methods 60 cases of children with diarrhea due to improper diet in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The nursing efficiency,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,symptom improvement and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing total effective rate and satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,antipyretic time,antidiarrhea time and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in children with diarrhea due to improper diet is definite,can effectively improve the prognosis,and has high clinical promotion value.
