摘　　要：The influence of PVA water soluble film on the quality of llaundry capsule was discussed from three aspects:appearance,manufacture and use.The basic properties of several mainstream PVA membranes on the market related to laundry capsules were evaluated.The results show that the mist value of the film affects the appearance of the capsules.The higher the mist value is,the worse the transparency of the capsules is.The mechanical properties of the film affect the shape of the capsules,the tensile strength>35 Mpa,elongation>400%,modulus>50 Mpa,the shape of the capsules is more three-dimensional;The water solubility of the film can affect the production of the capsules,and the production of the capsules is smooth when the film breaking speed is greater than 20~30 s and the dissolution speed is 40~60 s.The film compatibility index reflects the effect of the capsules washing machine.The shorter the dissolution time of the compatibility,the less the residue of the capsules after washing.
