储油库油气处理装置在线监测系统的设计

摘　　要：针对储油库油气处理装置处理效果和油气浓度达标排放监控的需要,建立油气在线监测系统,给出了对油气处理效率、非甲烷总烃浓度、油气排放量等进行实时安全监测、传输、处理及上传的设计方案。试验表明:系统安全可靠、测量准确、运行稳定且易维护,能够满足油库应用要求。According to the requirement of treatment effect and oil gas concentration up-to-standard discharge monitoring of oil gas treatment unit in oil storage depots,an online oil gas monitoring system was established,and a design scheme for real-time safety monitoring,transmission,treatment and uploading of oil gas treatment efficiency,non-methane hydrocarbon concentration and oil gas emission was presented.The test shows that the system is safe,reliable,accurate,stable and easy to maintain,and can meet the application requirements of oil storage depots.
