“亲情直通车”在适老化项目中的应用实践

摘　　要：数据调查显示,大多数留守老年人的子女长年在外打工,无法定期探望老人,由此造成老年人居家孤单。针对老年人使用智能手机不熟练的现状,探索以数字电视机顶盒为终端的“亲情直通车”养老服务关爱平台,提供便捷的电视终端视频呼叫途径,为老年人与子女之间搭建一条视频沟通渠道,解决老年人亲情关爱、生活服务不足以及应急救助等问题。Data surveys show that most of the children of left-behind seniors who work outside the home for many years are unable to visit the seniors regularly,which makes seniors feel lonely at home.Aiming at the current situation that the elderly are not proficient in using smart phones,explore a“Family Through Train”care platform for the elderly with digital TV set-top boxes as terminals,provide a convenient TV terminal video call channel,and build a video communication channel between the elderly and their children,which solve the problem of family care for the elderly,insufficient living services and emergency assistance.
