摘 要:针对传统振动测试方法对齿轮进行状态监测、故障诊断时,存在带宽受限、不适宜复杂测试环境等弊端,使用声导管系统为媒介,采集了航空发动机中央传动锥齿轮的声压信号。对所采集的信号进行阶次跟踪和阶次分析,发现在被测齿轮啮合频率附近有大量的边频带出现;以啮合频率为中心频率进行希尔伯特变换解调分析信号;最后对信号进行倒频谱分析,识别出了异常的周期性故障信号。此研究成果为航空发动机中央传动锥齿轮的状态监测、故障诊断提供了一种新方法,同时也为发动机的研制提供了重要的技术支撑。The traditional vibration testing method for gear condition monitoring and fault diagnosis has some disadvantages such as limited bandwidth,not suitable for complex testing environment and so on.Sound dust system was used as a medium to collect the sound pressure signal of aero-engine central drive bevel gear.Through order tracking and order analysis of the collected sound pressure signal,it was found that a large number of side bands appeared near the meshing frequency of the measured gear.The Hilbert transform was carried out with the meshing frequency as the center frequency to demodulate the signal.Fi⁃nally,the cepstrum analysis was carried out on the test signals,and abnormal periodic fault signals were identified.It provides a new method for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of central drive bevel gear of aero-engine,which can provide important technical support for the development of aero-engine.
