摘　　要：本文对汽车常用皮纹类型进行了介绍,并论述了塑料皮纹类外观部件的耐刮擦性能。重点讨论了低作用力条件下的皮纹件表面刮擦损伤机制,并结合实际产生缺陷的现象,归纳出提高低作用力下耐刮擦性能的改进方向。研究结果对汽车的表面修复提供了参考。The types of leather commonly used in automobiles was introduced,the scratch resistance of the appearance parts of plastic leather grain were discussed.The mechanism of scratch damage on the surface of leather striated parts under the condition of low force was focused on,and combined with the actual phenomenon of defects,the improvement direction of scratch resistance under low force was summarized.The research results provide a reference for automobile surface repair.
