Common Normative Problems in Manuscripts Submitted by Postgraduate Students of Comprehensive Scientific and Technological Journals in Colleges and Universities

摘　　要：研究生投稿是高校综合性科技期刊稿件的重要来源,高校综合性科技期刊对研究生作者学术培养的作用日益凸显.但很多研究生作者不熟悉科技论文写作规范,导致科技论文规范化撰写常常出现问题.再者,科技期刊出版的相关标准、规范也有一些新的修订,但未被研究生作者所了解.笔者基于实例从摘要、量和单位、插图和表格、参考文献中常见的规范问题进行分析,以期引起研究生作者的注意,在投稿前对稿件进行规范化处理,减少修改次数,缩短论文的发表时间,减少编辑工作量,提高编辑出版质量与效率.The academic manuscripts of postgraduate students is an important source of contributions for the comprehensive sci-tech journals in colleges and universities.Thus,the comprehensive sci-tech periodicals in colleges and universities play an increasingly important role in the academic training of postgraduate authors.However,many postgraduate authors are not familiar with the writing norms of scientific and technological papers,which leads to format defects in their manuscripts.Moreover,there are some new revisions to the relevant standards and norms for the publication of scientific and technological journals,which are not known by postgraduate au-thors.Based on examples,this paper analyzes the common normative problems in abstracts,quantities and units,illustrations and tables,and references,in order to arise the attention of postgraduate writers.The postgraduate authors should standardize their paper before submission,so as to reduce the number of revisions,shorten the publication time,reduce the editing workload,and improve the quality and efficiency of editing and publishing.
