摘　　要：边疆经济与非边疆经济有不同的性质和特征,主要是因为它有着不同于非边疆经济的内在逻辑,而决定这一内在逻辑的则完全来自于边疆的特性和边疆所面临的特殊情境。边疆经济研究主要包括边疆经济运行和发展及其特点等内容。阐释边疆经济的重要方式是分别阐释经济性、制度性、政治性和历史性等因素对边疆经济的影响机理。相对独立考察这些因素对边疆经济运行和发展及其特点的影响,便形成边疆经济的阐释维度。经济因素是影响边疆地区经济运行和发展的关键性因素;历史因素也是一项基本性因素,影响边疆经济的问题常常是历史遗留下来的;而政治性因素对边疆经济的影响,无论如何都无法低估,有时它成为第一位的影响因素;至于制度性因素,多半是历史因素的伴生物,边疆较非边疆的特殊历史对边疆地区的制度创新以及实现制度创新所需要的社会条件有着重要影响,但制度性因素毕竟还被认为是一个独立性因素。The nature and characteristics of frontier economy are different from those of non-frontier areas,because it has its internal logic which is different from those of non-frontier areas, and the internal logic is determined by the characteristics of frontier areas and the special situation that frontier areas face. The study of frontier economy mainly includes the operation and development of frontier economy and its characteristics.The important way to explain frontier economy is to interpret the economic, political, historical and institutional factors of influencing mechanism of frontier economy. Comparatively independent investigation of these factors on the operation and development of frontier economy and its characteristics will form the explanatory dimension of frontier economy. Economic factors are the key factors affecting economic operation and development in border areas. The historical factor is also a fundamental factor. The problems affecting the frontier economy are often left over from the history. The influence of political factors on frontier economy, however, cannot be underestimated,sometimes become the first factor. As for institutional factors, most of them are associated with historical factors.The special history of frontier areas has an important impact on the institutional innovation in frontier areas and the social conditions needed to realize institutional innovation, but institutional factors are still considered as an independent factor.
