摘 要:目的观察子痫前期孕妇的血脂、血糖与维生素A、维生素E水平的关系及临床意义。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月苏州大学附属张家港市第一人民医院收治的60例子痫前期孕妇作为观察组,将同期60例正常孕妇作为对照组,比较分析两组以及观察组不同严重程度子痫前期孕妇的血脂、血糖与维生素A、维生素E水平,探讨血脂、血糖与维生素A、维生素E水平的相关性。结果观察组患者维生素A、维生素E、高密度脂蛋白水平均低于对照组,而总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白以及空腹血糖水平均高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。轻度子痫前期孕妇维生素A、维生素E、高密度脂蛋白水平高于重度子痫前期孕妇,总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖水平低于重度子痫前期孕妇,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。子痫前期孕妇血清维生素A、维生素E水平与甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白以及空腹血糖水平呈负相关(P<0.05),与高密度脂蛋白水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论子痫前期孕妇维生素A、维生素E呈低表达,与血脂、血糖密切相关,考虑均参与了子痫前期疾病进展。监测孕妇血脂、血糖及维生素A、维生素E指标能够及早预测子痫前期发生风险,以便临床及时进行干预,保障母婴安全。Objective To observe the relationship and clinical significance of blood lipids,blood glucose and vitamin A and E levels in pregnant women with preeclampsia.Method From May 2018 to May 2020,60 cases of pregnant women with preeclampsia in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 60 normal pregnant women in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The two groups of blood lipids,blood glucose and vitamin A and E levels were tested and explored.The correlation between blood lipids,blood glucose and vitamin A and E levels.Result The levels of vitamin A,vitamin E,and HDL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The indexes of TG,LDL and FBG were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of vitamin A,vitamin E and high-density lipoprotein in mild preeclampsia were higher than those in severe preeclampsia,and the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein and fasting blood glucose were lower than those in severe preeclampsia(P<0.05).Serum vitamin A and E levels of pregnant women with preeclampsia were compared with TG,LDL and FBG showed a significant negative correlation(P<0.05),and a positive correlation with HDL level(P<0.05).Conclusion Preeclampsia pregnant women have low expression of vitamin A and E,which are closely related to blood lipids and blood glucose.They are considered to be involved in the progression of preeclampsia.Monitoring pregnant women’s blood lipids,blood glucose and vitamin A and E indicators can predict the occurrence of preeclampsia early risks,provide timely clinical intervention to ensure the safety of mothers and babies.
