单向式全胸腔镜肺叶切除术对老年肺癌患者疗效及血清CRP、PCT与生存率的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析单向式全胸腔镜肺叶切除术对老年肺癌患者疗效及血清CRP、PCT与生存率的影响。方法以2017年10月—2020年10月间78例老年肺癌患者为样本,根据患者的治疗方案进行分析,将实施单向式全胸腔镜肺叶切除术的41例患者作为试验组,其余37例实施常规治疗的患者作为对照组,观察患者临床疗效、血清CRP水平、血清PCT水平和生存率。结果患者临床治疗效果对比试验组好于对照组(P<0.05),其中,试验组总有效率为87.80%,对照组总有效率为67.57%,且试验组患者血清CRP水平及PCT水平与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时患者生存率情况对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组在3个月、6个月、12个月和24个月的生存率对比中,都要明显优于对照组。结论文章研究结果显示:在高龄肺癌患者的治疗中,采用此手术方法可以达到患者的治疗要求,并能保证患者病情的控制,所以能够将该术应用到临床。Objective To analyze the effects of unidirectional thoracoscopic lobectomy on the efficacy,serum CRP,PCT and survival rate of elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods October 2017—2020of 78 cases of lung cancer patients admitted in October as the research object,according to the choice of treatment in patients with different,will implement a unidirectional thoracoscope lung resection of 41 cases of patients as experimental group,the rest of the 37 implementation of regular treatment patients as control group,observe clinical curative effect,serum level of CRP,serum PCT levels and survival rate.Results There are differences between the clinical treatment effect comparison,the experimental group was better than control group(P<0.05),among them,the experimental group the total effective rate was 87.80%,control group total effective rate was 67.57%,and the experimental group patients serum CRP level and there are differences between the PCT level compared with the control group(P<0.05),at the same time the patient survival situation compared difference(P<0.05),the experimental group in 3 months,6 months,12 months and 24 months survival compared to,are much better than the control group.Conclusion The study shows that in the treatment process of elderly patients with lung cancer,the implementation of the operation for patients can meet the treatment needs of patients,and the disease control of patients has a certain guarantee,so it can be applied to the clinic.
