摘　　要：目的探究不同皮肤消毒方法对新生儿手术伤口感染发生的影响。方法选取2020年1—12月新生儿外科需手术治疗的新生儿100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组采用5%聚维酮碘消毒,观察组采用2%葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒,比较两组新生儿消毒后待干时间、术前备皮时间、皮肤细菌学培养结果、术后伤口感染的发生情况等。结果观察组新生儿消毒后待干时间(14.37±1.28)s低于对照组(58.76±3.24)s,菌落总数(2.61±0.61)CFU/cm^(2)低于对照组(11.51±1.76)CFU/cm^(2),术后伤口感染发生率6.00%低于对照组20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2%葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒效果优于5%聚维碘酮,可显著降低新生儿手术伤口感染发生率。Objective To explore the influence of different skin disinfection methods on the occurrence of neonatal surgical wound infection.Methods A total of 100 cases of neonates requiring surgical treatment from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)by random number table method.The control group was treated with 5% povidone iodine disinfection,and the observation group was treated with 2% chlorhexidine gluconate disinfection.The dry time after disinfection,the preoperative skin preparation time,the results of skin bacteriological culture and the incidence of wound infection were compared between the two groups.Results The dry time of the observation group after disinfection was(14.37±1.28)s lower than that of the control group(58.76±3.24)s,the total number of bacterial colonies(2.61±0.61)CFU/cm^(2) lower than that of the control group(11.51±1.76)CFU/cm^(2),and the incidence of postoperative wound infection was 6.00% lower than that of the control group(20.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 2% chlorhexidine gluconate disinfection effect is better than 5% povidiodarone,can significantly reduce the incidence of neonatal surgical wound infection.
