全方位有声渗透护理在冠心病介入治疗护理中的影响效果

摘　　要：目的比较全方位有声渗透护理与常规护理模式在行冠心病介入治疗介入室护理中对患者焦虑程度及护理效果的影响。方法选取2021年1—10月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的介入治疗的冠心病患者60例,分组后对照组30例接受常规护理,观察组30例接受全方位有声渗透护理,比较两组焦虑程度、手术认知度评分、护理依从性与护理满意度。结果观察组护理后焦虑程度更低,手术认知度、护理依从性与护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论全方位有声渗透护理可改善冠心病介入治疗患者焦虑情绪,提高其手术认知与护理依从性、满意度,文章的研究结果为冠心病介入治疗护理后期标准制定提供了借鉴内容。Objective To compare the effect of omni-directional acoustic infiltration nursing and routine nursing on patients’anxiety and nursing effect in interventional room nursing of coronary artery disease interventional therapy.Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease treated by interventional therapy in Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to October 2021 were randomly divided into groups.30 cases in the control group received routine nursing and 30 cases in the observation group received all-round acoustic penetration nursing.The anxiety level,surgical recognition score,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The degree of anxiety after nursing in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of surgical cognition and nursing compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion All-round acoustic penetration nursing can improve the anxiety of patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy,and improve their surgical cognition,nursing compliance and satisfaction.The results of this paper provide reference for the later stage of nursing standard formulation of coronary heart disease after interventional therapy.
