家庭赋权在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者无创通气中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭赋权方案在使用无创通气的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果。方法收集我院2016年1月—2018年2月呼吸内科收治的需要使用家庭无创通气的120例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60);对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理的基础上结合家庭赋权方案(成立家庭赋权小组,明确问题后制定家庭赋权方案进行护理干预)。结果观察组在健康教育掌握程度、主要照顾者综合照顾能力、患者满意度、无创通气依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且6个月内慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作次数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于使用无创通气的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,结合家庭赋权方案,可能获得好的治疗效果。Objective To explore the application effect of family empowerment program in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)using noninvasive ventilation.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)who needed home noninvasive ventilation in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with family empowerment scheme on the basis of routine nursing.Results The mastery of health education,comprehensive care ability of main caregivers,patient satisfaction and compliance of noninvasive ventilation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in 6 months was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease using noninvasive ventilation,combined with family empowerment program,may obtain good therapeutic effect.
