膝骨关节炎与腰椎间盘退行性疾病的相互关系的研究现状

摘　　要：相关研究表明,膝骨关节炎形成后,长时间的运动失衡,使腰椎、椎间盘也处于不平衡之中,容易诱发以腰椎间盘突出症为代表的腰椎间盘退行性疾病。而腰椎间盘出现退行性病变后,患者行走、坐卧均无法保持平衡,也使膝关节处于不平衡之中;行走时受力不均,易导致胫骨内外侧间隙狭窄,骨质增生,诱发膝骨关节炎。因此,膝骨关节炎与腰椎间盘退行性疾病在中老年人群中常合并发生,有学者将这种现象称为膝关节—脊柱综合征。而探究这两种常见病之间的关系显然具有重大临床意义。但目前相关研究多局限于对这两种疾病之间是否存在相关性的分析上,尚缺乏对两者病程发生、发展的相关因素的具体分析。Relevant studies have shown that after the formation of knee osteoarthritis,the long-term movement imbalance makes the lumbar spine and intervertebral disc also in imbalance,which is easy to induce the degenerative diseases of lumbar intervertebral disc represented by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.After the degenerative changes of the lumbar disc,the patient can not keep the balance of walking,sitting and lying,and also make the knee joint in imbalance.During walking,the uneven force easy to lead to the narrow space of the tibia medial and lateral joint,bone hyperplasia,induced knee osteoarthritis.Accordingly,knee osteoarthritis and lumbar intervertebral disc degenerative sex disease are in middle and old age crowd often amalgamative happen,some scholars calls this kind of phenomenon knee joint-spinal column syndrome.It is of great clinical significance to explore the relationship between these two common diseases.However,relevant studies are mostly limited to the analysis of the existence of correlation between the two diseases,and there is still a lack of specific analysis of the factors related to the occurrence and development of the two diseases.
