摘  要:为了揭示料浆输送理论计算阻力和实际阻力之间的关系,以粉煤灰和炉渣料浆为研究对象,开展不同料浆质量分数和流量的流变实验和环管实验,基于Bingham模型获得浆体的屈服应力和塑性黏度,利用MATLAB软件拟合回归得到料浆质量分数、流量与管输阻力的关系式,分析管输阻力的影响因素及不同工况条件下阻力的计算值与实际值之间的关系。研究结果表明:料浆质量分数和管输流量均是影响管输阻力的重要因素;当流量为48 m3/h时,计算阻力均大于环管实际阻力,且不受料浆质量分数影响;但随着流量增加,计算阻力与实际阻力的关系主要受料浆质量分数影响;当料浆质量分数分别为40%,47%和57%时,管输阻力计算值均小于实际值;当料浆质量分数增加到63%时,管输阻力计算值大于实际值。In order to reveal the relationship between theoretical calculation resistance and actual resistance of slurry transportation,rheological experiments and pipe loop test with different slurry mass fractions and flow rates of fly ash and slag slurry were carried out.Based on Bingham model,the yield stress and plastic viscosity of slurry were obtained,and the relationship between slurry mass fraction,flow rate and pipeline resistance was analyzed by MATLAB software.The influencing factors of pipeline resistance and the relationship between calculated value and actual value of resistance under different working conditions were obtained.The results show that slurry mass fraction and pipeline flow rate are important factors affecting pipeline resistance.When the flow rate is 48 m3/h,the calculated resistance is greater than the actual resistance,and the calculated resistance is not affected by slurry mass fraction.But with the increase of flow rate,the relationship between the calculated resistance and the actual resistance is mainly affected by the mass fraction of slurry.When the slurry mass fraction is 40%,47%and 57%,the calculated value of pipeline resistance is less than the actual value of pipeline resistance.When the slurry mass fraction increases to 63%,the calculated value of pipeline resistance is greater than the actual value of pipeline resistance.
