摘　　要：脑卒中是目前我国最常见的死亡原因,具有高发病率、高致残率、高复发率、高死亡率、高经济负担等五大特点,严重危及我国人民的身心健康。高血压病是脑卒中的主要危险因素之一,为了有效预防靶器官损害,保持血管的完整性,降低发病率和死亡率,必须保持24小时内血压的稳定性。血压晨峰(morning blood pressure surge,MBPS)是指清晨时段血压急剧升高的现象。近年来,国内外多项研究发现MBPS与脑血管病事件密切相关。如何更好的控制MBPS,减少靶器官受损,减少脑卒中的发生,是目前脑血管病领域研究的热点和方向。Cerebral stroke is the most common cause of death in China.It has the characteristic of high incidence rate,high disability rate,high recurrence rate,high mortality rate and high financial burden.It seriously endangers the health of our people.Hypertension is a major risk factor for cerebrovascular disease.In order to prevent target organ damage effectively,maintain vascular integrity,reduce incidence rate and mortality,it is necessary to maintain the stability of blood pressure within 24 hours.Morning blood pressure surge(MBPS)refers to the phenomenon that blood pressure rises sharply in the early morning.In recent years,many studies have found that MBPS is closely related to cerebral stroke.How to better control MBPS,reduce target organ damage,reduce the occurrence of cerebral stroke,is the issue in the field of cerebrovascular disease.
