摘  要:针对某厂软化水系统运行时间智能控制的需求,分析了软化水工艺流程,采用传感器改造了现有设备,采集了来水软化前后的流速及电导率数据,并利用历史监测数据训练了运行时间的预测模型,在上位机上实现了对各传感器数据的实时监控、运行时间预测与控制等功能,实现对生产工艺的智能控制。通过测试,系统达到预期设计的目标。According to the demand of intelligent control of operation time of softened water system in a factory.This paper analyzes the process flow of softened water,and the existing system is transformed with sensors.The flow rate and conductivity data of incoming water before and after softening are collected.The prediction model of operation time is trained with historical monitoring data,and the functions of real-time monitoring of sensor data,prediction and control of operation time are realized on the host computer,so as to realize the intelligent control of production process.Through the test,the system achieves the expected design goal.
