摘 要:数字孪生作为“工业4.0”、智能制造以及工业互联网等先进理念的关键使能技术,具有实时同步、高保真度及双向映射等特性,是实现产品物理模型与信息模型交互融合的重要技术手段,现已成为学术界和工业界的研究热点。当前,针对数字孪生的研究主要集中在车间运行方面,然而基于数字孪生的产品制造过程质量管理研究相对较少。为此,提出了一种基于数字孪生的产品制造过程质量管控模型,阐述了产品制造过程质量管理的流程。借助“虚实结合、以虚控实”的手段,系统地分析产品制造过程质量数据的实时采集、质量监测、动态分析、质量预测及智能控制,以提升产品制造质量,并为产品制造过程质量管理提供参考和依据。Digital twin,as a significant technology for implementing“Industry 4.0”,intelligence manufacturing,industrial Internet,and other advanced conceptions,has the characteristics of real-time synchronization,high fidelity,and two-way mapping.It is an important technical means to realize the interaction and integration of product physical model and information model,and has attracted the attention of many scholars and industrial sectors.However,current studies of digital twin focus on the workshop operation,few efforts have been devoted to the quality management of product manufacturing process based on digital twin.Therefore,a digital twin model of product manufacturing process quality control was proposed,and the overall process of product manufacturing process quality control was described.Then,the real-time collection,monitoring and prediction of product quality data in the manufacturing process were analyzed to improve product quality and provide reference for product manufacturing process quality management.
