摘 要:分析了应用G71指令、G73指令和宏程序指令编程进行凹域轴类零件加工存在的非切削空行程路径问题,阐述了应用MasterCAM软件解决该类问题的具体步骤,编制了操作流程,生成了最优加工路径。应用UG软件再次对此类零件的最优加工路径进行了验证,并通过斯沃数控仿真软件模拟了MasterCAM软件和UG软件自动化编程生成的NC程序,结果表明,应用MasterCAM软件或UG软件可以减少数控车削非切削空行程路径,提升加工效率,适用于类似零件的批量加工。The problem of non cutting empty stroke path in the machining of concave shaft parts programmed by G71,G73 and macro program instructions was analyzed,the specific steps of solving this kind of problem by using MasterCAM software were expounded,the operation flow was compiled,and the optimal machining path was generated.The optimal machining path of this kind of parts was verified again by UG software,and the NC program generated by MasterCAM software and UG software automatic programming was simulated by Swansoft SSCNC simulator.The results show that the application of MasterCAM software or UG software can reduce the non cutting empty stroke path of NC turning,improve the machining efficiency,and is suitable for batch machining of similar parts.
