摘 要:为加强对漆包线-铜箔微点焊过程的监测,便于管控实际焊接生产质量,构建了微点焊过程监控平台。基于过程电信息数据,采用最小二乘法对微点焊电极全生命周期动态电阻变化规律进行建模,确定电极烧损状态变化临界点,实现电极烧损状态监测;利用统计过程控制技术,通过生产过程电信号均值-标准差图,实现微点焊过程异常信息监测与质量管控。In order to strengthen the monitoring of enameled wire-copper foil micro-spot welding process and facilitate the quality control of actual welding production quality,a micro-spot welding process monitoring platform was established.Based on the process electrical information data,the least square method was used to model the dynamic resistance change rule of micro-spot welding electrode in its whole life cycle,and the critical point of electrode burning state change was established to realize electrode burning state monitoring.By means of statistical process control technology,abnormal information monitoring and quality control in micro-spot welding process were realized by means of mean-standard deviation diagram of electrical signals in production process.
