摘  要:为有效降低钢筋生产线阻塞率与饥饿率、保障生产线稳定运行,该文设计了基于混沌莱维萤火虫算法的钢筋智能生产调度与控制方法.将最少调度时间作为优化目标函数,将首工序、工件加工处理、末工序时间作为约束条件,构建成型钢筋智能生产调度控制模型.然后利用混沌莱维萤火虫算法求解模型,依次经过参数设置、初始种群建立、更新吸引项参数与步长、适应度计算等操作最终获得模型最优解,完成对钢筋智能生产过程的调度与控制.实验结果表明:该方法可以高效调度成型钢筋智能生产线,在求解模型的过程中具有较好的准确性与稳定性,应用该方法后成型钢筋的产量显著提升.In order to effectively reduce blocking rate and starvation rate of reinforcement production line and ensure the stable operation of the production line,this study designed a reinforcement intelligent production scheduling and control method based on chaotic Levy firefly algorithm.Taking the minimum scheduling time as the optimization objective function and the first procedure,workpiece processing and final procedure time as constraint conditions,the intelligent production scheduling control model of shaped steel bar was constructed.Then,the chaotic Levy firefly algorithm is used to solve the model,and the optimal solution of the model is finally obtained through the operation of parameter setting,initial population establishment,updating the parameters and step size of attraction term,fitness calculation and so on,and the scheduling and control of the intelligent production process of steel bar is completed.The experimental results show that this method can efficiently schedule the intelligent production line of formed steel bar,and has good accuracy and stability in the process of solving the model.The output of formed steel bar is significantly improved after the application of this method.
