中国商贸流通业高质量发展的时空特征及区域差异

摘　　要：文章基于新发展理念构建中国商贸流通业高质量发展综合评价体系,应用熵权TOPSIS法测度2008—2019年中国商贸流通业高质量发展水平,运用核密度估计、标准差椭圆技术和Dagum基尼系数揭示其时间特征、空间特征及区域差异。研究发现:中国商贸流通业高质量发展水平稳步提升,且在空间上呈现由东向西递减的格局;在时间上,各区域内部的差异性不断增强,极化发展趋势较为明显;在空间上,区位分布呈东北—西南走势,分布重心的迁移方向为西南方向;在区域差异上,全国总体差异呈现扩大趋势,区域间差异是总体差异产生的最主要来源。Based on the new development concept, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for the highquality development of China’s commercial circulation industry, then uses the entropy weight TOPSIS method to measure the high-quality development level of China’s commercial circulation industry from 2008 to 2019, and finally adopts kernel density estimation, standard deviation ellipse technique and Dagum Gini coefficient to reveal its temporal and spatial characteristics and regional differences. The study finds that the high-quality development level of China’s commercial circulation industry is steadily improving, with the spatial pattern decreasing from east to west, that in terms of time, the differences within each region are increasing, with obvious trend of polarization, that in terms of spatial distribution, location distribution shows a northeast—southwest trend, with southwest to be the migration direction of the center of gravity, that in terms of regional differences, the overall national differences show an expanding trend, and the inter-regional differences are the main source of the overall differences.
