摘  要:以乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)、半胱胺盐酸盐为原料,3,3',4,4'-二苯甲酮四甲酸二酐(BPTCD)为光引发剂,在紫外光照射下,制备2-(2-氨乙基)硫代乙基硅烷三醇(ATEST)阻燃整理液;再以二浸二轧法对棉织物进行阻燃整理。研究了光引发剂用量、光照时间和棉织物整理温度对织物阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,增重率30%以上的阻燃棉织物,极限氧指数大于27%,炭长小于9cm,达到阻燃纺织品的标准。The flame retardant finishing solution of 2-(2-aminoethyl)thioethyl silane triol(ATEST)is prepared by using vinyl triethoxysilane(VTES)and cysteamine hydrochloride as raw materials and 3,3',4,4'-benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride(BPTCD)as a catalyst under ultraviolet light irradiation.The flame-retardant cotton is prepared by double-dip-double-nip method.The effects of light irradiation time,photoinitiator concentra⁃tion and finishing temperature on the properties of cotton fabric are studied.The results show that the limiting oxygen index(LOI)of flame retardant cotton fabrics with a weight gain rate of more than 30%is greater than 27%,and the carbon length is less than 9 cm,which can reach the standard of flame retardant textiles.
