摘 要:为提高电发热能力,以涤纶无纺布为基材,以石墨烯为电发热材料,采用涂层方法制备了石墨烯电发热复合面料。研究结果表明:以涤纶无纺布为基布制备的石墨烯电发热复合面料综合牢度、平整度与发热情况最优;石墨烯电发热复合面料在6V电压下处理30min温度即可达到40℃;升高电压,采用并联电路,增加电阻数量,提高石墨烯覆盖率等,都可增大发热量。石墨烯复合电发热面料较涂覆前断裂伸长增加80.79%,静态水接触角为115.7°,有一定的疏水性能。In order to improve the thermal conductivity,a graphene electrothermal composite fabric is prepared by using polyester nonwoven fabric as the substrate and graphene as the conductive thermal material.The re⁃sults show that the graphene electric heating composite fabric prepared by polyester nonwoven fabric has the best fastness,flatness and heat generation.The graphene electric heating composite fabric can be heated to 40℃in 30 min under the applied voltage of 6 V.The heating rate gradually accelerates with the increase of volt⁃age,using circuit designed in parallel,increasing the number of resistors and the graphene coverage on the composite fabric.Compared with the substrate cloth,the graphene composite electric heating fabric has good elongation at break increased by 80.79%,and a certain hydrophobicity with the static water contact angle of 115.7°.
