摘  要:在分散红玉167的制备过程中引入阴非离子表面活性剂XPO-5和高分子分散剂SUA-110对其进行改性,并用分支螺旋管反应器完成重氮组分和偶合组分的均匀混合,实现了分散红玉167纳米级分散体的制备,并将所得分散体直接用于涤纶织物热溶染色。结果表明,与商品化分散红玉167粉体相比,自制分散红玉167分散体的平均粒径更小,分布更均匀。将其直接作为染浴对涤纶布料进行热溶染色,染色布样的各项色牢度均较好,且优于商品化分散红玉167粉体。A commercial surfactant XPO-5 and a self-made polymeric dispersant SUA-110 are introduced to the surface modification of Disperse Rubine 167,by introducing them to the corresponding diazo component and coupling component,and mixed evenly through a self-designed branched helical reactor.The so-obtained nanoscale Disperse Rubine 167 dispersion can be directly applied in pad thermosol dyeing of polyester fabrics.The results depict that the average particle size of the self-made Disperse Rubine 167 dispersion is smaller,and the particle size distribution is narrower,when compared with the commercial Disperse Rubine 167 pow⁃der.Pad thermosol dyeing performance of polyester fabrics with the self-made Disperse Rubine 167 disper⁃sion is better than that with the commercial Disperse Rubine 167 powder.
