抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体及血清类风湿因子联合检测应用于类风湿关节炎的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用抗环瓜氨酸多肽(cyclic citrullinated peptide,CCP)抗体和血清类风湿因子(rheumatoid factor,RF)在类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)中的检测价值。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年12月就诊于四川省成都市第三人民医院96例RA患者的临床资料,将96例RA患者作为观察组,同时选取同期96例非RA免疫系统疾病患者作为对照1组,选取同期96例健康体检者作为对照2组;分别取各组患者外周血标本进行检测,并对结果分析比较。结果观察组RF和抗CCP抗体明显高于对照1组和对照2组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组抗体阳性率明显高于对照1组和对照2组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);RF和抗CCP抗体联合检测的灵敏度明显高于单一指标检测结果(P<0.01)。结论将抗CCP抗体和RF联合应用于RA的检测中,具有较高的灵敏度。Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the value of combined application of Cyclic Citrullinated peptide(CCP)antibody and serum Rheumatoid factor(RF)in the detection of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Method The clinical data of 96 RA patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and 96 RA patients were selected as the observation group,96 patients with non-RA immune system diseases during the same period were selected as the control group 1,and 96 healthy physical examination subjects during the same period were selected as the control group 2.Peripheral blood samples were taken from each group for detection,and the results were analyzed and compared.Result RF and anti-CCP antibody in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05);The positive rate of antibody in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).The sensitivity of RF combined with anti-CCP antibody was significantly higher than that of single index(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of anti-CCP antibody and RF has high sensitivity in the detection of rheumatoid arthritis.Conclusion The combined application of anti-CCP antibody and RF in the detection of rheumatoid arthritis has high sensitivity.
