摘　　要：焓差实验室是空调器生产企业的主要性能测试设备,目前行业内大中型空调器企业中,平均拥有20台套以上的焓差实验室,不同实验室之间的测试准确度和一致性已成为困扰企业质量管理的一个重大难题。本文概况了目前国内外使用焓差试验室进行房间空调器制冷量测试的情况及标定焓差试验室用的标准机现状,并在此基础上分析研究了多种不同原理或技术路线的焓差试验室标定用标准机。有利于研究更先进和完善的实验室间的比对,从而有效地解决企业痛点,改进业内现有的标准机不够稳定和精确的问题。The enthalpy difference laboratory is the main performance testing equipment for air conditioner manufacturers.At present,among the large and medium-sized air conditioner enterprises in the industry,there are on average more than 20 sets of enthalpy difference laboratories.The test accuracy and consistency between different laboratories Sexuality has become a major problem that plagues enterprise quality management.This paper summarizes the current situation of using the enthalpy difference laboratory to test the cooling capacity of room air conditioners at home and abroad and the current situation of the standard machine used for the calibration of the enthalpy difference laboratory.Standard machine for laboratory calibration.It is conducive to the research of more advanced and perfect inter-laboratory comparison,so as to effectively solve the pain points of enterprises and improve the problem that the existing standard machines in the industry are not stable and accurate.
